How To Receive More In Love (& Life)

One of the biggest struggles for the modern woman is actually being able to receive, whether that’s from their masculine counterparts, their friends and family, or from the Universe.

We’re so conditioned to do it all ourselves these days, to not trust outside of ourselves.

But deep down in our juicy feminine core, we crave to lean back and receive the goodness without shame or fear of not being enough or needing to reciprocate.

Learning how to lean back and receive more has changed my life, and now I’m going to share with you some ways to lean back and receive.

And if this resonates with you, I invite you to grab my free Worthy Woman Masterclass by clicking here.

1. Practice saying thank you when someone does something for you or compliments you without needing to give in return. (You’re a giving person already, we know that so don’t worry about seeming selfish)

2. Detach your worthiness from how much you do, or pay for. So many women feel like they are only worthy if they go 50/50, split the bill, get their half of life. If you’re getting the bill from a place of lack and not abundance, this needs to shift.

3. Invest in yourself in a new way and allow yourself to receive the goodness of that (maybe it’s a massage or spa day? Maybe it’s that bag you’ve been eyeing? Maybe it’s a course or program that helps you grow and evolve beautifully?)

4. Practice trusting others and letting them lead.

5. Heal the rigidness or fear in your body that keeps your heart closed to amazing opportunities

6. Practice slow, sensual self pleasure to open you deeper and show the Universe exactly what you desire out of your sex life 😉

For the woman who’s ready to receive more magic, more love, and more abundance out of life like a Woman.

P.S. the sooner we remember the masculine adores giving to the feminine, the sooner we’ll find delicious polarity in our partnerships once more.

I love you.

XOXO
